This edition of InfoFlash covers some findings from our on-device surveys. Informate has developed a mobile survey platform using which, consumers can be targeted directly on their mobile phones for their feedback, either via SMS or WAP. And the best part is that these surveys can be deployed on any handset which has SMS and / or WAP capabilities. Informate strongly believes that given the high levels of mobile penetration and continuous improvements in handset technology, mobile surveys will become increasingly relevant and popular in the years to come.
